CONGRATULATIONS!  You are OFFICIALLY ON RECORD!!!

Wow!  What a journey!  You are now officially a homeowner!  What’s next?

            Once officially recorded you can contact to have utilities transferred in your own name.  The City you live in will actually contact you for water, sewer and trash services via mail.  If you don't hear from them within a month, be sure to contact the City or County you live in for those services.

For a new mailbox key: Go to the nearest US Post Office and you can order a new key for your property.
